No designated parking , sometimes loud music. The space The apartment has been certified by the Health Department and is on the list of Approved Accomodation as “ Choy’s Seaview Apartment “ . The location is in Falmouth . A village atmosphere with superyachts and the friendly local community coming together giving the neighborhood a unique and international flavor. These two upper level studio apartments are situated in a luxurious location with an incredible view over Falmouth Harbour and out to the Atlantic Ocean. They are fully furnished with a kitchen, bathroom, 2 beds and all the comforts of home. All kitchen utensils and linen are included. There is a large balcony with outdoor teak furniture where you can dine or enjoy a sunset drink . The apartments are bright and breezy. Free Wi Fi is included in the price. The location is right next to the Antigua Yacht Club Marina Resort and has many amenities within walking distance. 2 pristine beaches (windward and pidgeon beach), historic Nelson Dockyard, 30 restaurants , live music , tennis court, banks, grocery store, bus stop are all 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment. There is no designated parking for the apartments but a few spots close by on a first come first serve basis. Mega yachts are your neighbours. Great value for a great location. Please note that electricity is not included in the reduced monthly rate or during the low summer rates (June to November included.) or any Discounted rate. Electricity is normally around $ 40 US/ Week but it can escalate quickly with the use of the air condition . Meter which is located on the back of the building will be read before and after your stay. Each unit of the meter is 1 US. Other things to note Being in the centre of the action and within walking distance to bars and restaurants, loud music can be heard at times during high season. These are two upper level apartments with stairs and balcony. Please valuate if it is suitable for the very young or any difficulties with stairs or mobility issues. The low summer rates (June - Nov) /any discounted rates does not include electricity as it depends on the consumption of the air condition. There is a meter located at the back of the building, that will be read at check in and before check out. Please turn off the air condition when you are out. Each unit of the meter is 1 US. Normally , without the aircon , the cost is 40 US/week but will increase with the use of aircon. Please remove all rubbish when you check out. There is a rubbish disposal at the end of the blocks of units towards the marina. Go up a few steps to the 1st block ,you will see bins behind a picket fence. There is no designated parking for the apartments but a few spaces close by that is first come first serve basis.
