Modern Luxury Villas in Cloud Forest Farm -villa 1

A modern luxury sanctuary nestled in a subtropical cloud-forest valley. Sitting on the banks of the Alambi river, two luxury villas overlook lush tropical gardens, and two small man-made ponds. The villas offer wi-fi access, DirecTV, a spacious bathroom, a mini fridge and coffee maker. A covered fully-equipped outdoor kitchen and seating area is located next to the villa entrance. We offer experiences for the adventurous as well as for those seeking a tranquil hideaway. The space There are two villas available and each one can accommodate 2 guests (a maximum of 3). Finca Sauipe is nestled in a subtropical rainforest at 3900 feet above sea level on a 7 acre farm that includes two man-made ponds, lush gardens and trails. The Alambi river is only 160 meters from the villas so the constant sounds of water hitting large rocks is a background melody. The villas include 1 king sized bed with luxury linens, one twin size sofa (daybed) which doubles as a bed. There is a 32" flat screen TV with Direct TV, floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors which provide a 180 degree view, black out curtains provide privacy and the possibility of sleeping in! There is also a floor fan for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower head, perfect for enjoying the abundance of water, soft, fluffy towels, basic toiletries, a small fridge with drinks and snacks, a coffee maker and an abundance of counter space and hooks for your belongings. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire farm except the main house (the owners' home - by invitation only). The beautiful covered outdoor kitchen area (including a grill) is only a few steps from the villas nd is fully equipped. It offers a great socializing space and can seat up to 12 people at the table. There are a few activities which may be of interest and are listed below. You may wish to join in the farm’s daily activities along with us, maybe take a walk on small trails around the farm or simply lie down and relax on your luxury bed and villa, read, or just enjoy the view. There are also some activities for the more adventurous and we will provide transportation to these places if needed. Some of these places require a small fee to enjoy the trails and if a guide is needed that is an additional cost as well. We can happily accommodate most diet styles. Let us know if you are allergic to anything. Otherwise, you may bring your own food and use the outdoor kitchen located in the covered pergola to cook all your meals. Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages as well.
