Culmer Cottage: experience the REAL Bahamas

Originally built in 1828, Culmer Cottage was restored into a modern sea side home. It is close to groceries, restaurants, and the fishing dock. Its central location on the island permits easy access north or south. My cottage is fully equipped including beach towels and chairs, and a full kitchen. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. Tarpum Bay is safe and quaint. By choosing to rent in a settlement, you will interact with some of the world's most friendly people. The space If you want night life and lots of shopping, Eleuthera is not for you, if you want peace and reflection, beautiful beaches, clear water with close reefs to explore, come and stay. Guest access The washing machine, storage shed, side patio, are all yours to use. I have my personal things in a small, locked closet. Please enjoy my home with its great views, ocean breezes and original art pieces. Other things to note If you crave steak, bring it in a cooler! Otherwise, there is wonderful fish, conch salad and fritters, grilled chicken, ribs, fruits and vegetables.
