The large deck is additional outdoor living space with outside bar, table & chairs, umbrella, lights, gas bbq & ice cart. Very festive!!! The long driveway makes the property very private , yet near the frontage road for easy access to hwy 80. Very nice little neighborhood, Grass Valley, Nevada City, and Auburn only minutes away! Very central location!!! Offramp from Hwy 80 only mile away. Am Track has a stop in the town of Colfax as well as Greyhound to Reno. Several antique stores in the area - grocery store , coffee shops & restaurants nearby. Rollins Lake is 2 miles away, American & Bear Rivers a few miles from the house. Lake Tahoe is approx 40+ min. Hwy 80 to Sacramento, Napa and San Francisco Bay Area is a mile away. Very convenient location!!
