Cozy cabin, conveniently located in mountain community of Colfax. 40 minutes from skiing (Lake Tahoe) & 2+ hrs from San Francisco. This adorable, rustic cabin sleeps 6 comfortably, has wood stove, washer/dryer, cable and all the amenities of home!!! There will be a $140. fee for cleaning. The space The large deck is additional outdoor living space with outside bar, table & chairs, umbrella, lights, gas bbq & ice cart. Very festive!!! Guest access The long driveway makes the property very private , yet near the frontage road for easy access to hwy 80. Other things to note Several antique stores in the area - grocery store , coffee shops & restaurants nearby. Rollins Lake is 2 miles away, American & Bear Rivers a few miles from the house. Lake Tahoe is approx 40+ min. Hwy 80 to Sacramento, Napa and San Francisco Bay Area is a mile away. Very convenient location!!
