Secluded forest retreat near Biltmore and Downtown

This Certified Green Built home is nestled in the forest, on 1.5 acres, in the heart of Asheville. From here it's a 10-15 minute leisurely stroll down the hill to historic Biltmore Village. The suite is very close to 6-7 breweries, a distillery, chic retail, and some fantastic restaurants. Ask us for recommendations! The Biltmore Estate entrance is also less than 2 miles away. Downtown is only a couple of miles away and is only a 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride away. Fares are generally reasonable. The space The home was built using certified Green Building techniques and offers guests their own private access to the lower level suite. The space includes a private bedroom, living area, and breakfast nook. Coffee is provided along with a TV (with Netflix), microwave, and refrigerator. Guest access Guests have access to their own dedicated parking. From here they'll make their way down the marked path to the suite entrance. The door is equipped with a key-code system, so no need to keep up with keys. Come and go as you please :)
