Family Friendly adorable Lake House

Fall in love & Relax... 2 bedrooms/3 beds located on an acre & less than a mile to the lake/boat ramp. Enjoy mornings/evenings on the covered patio. The property has plenty of space to run around. There is also plenty of space to park your water toys since the lake is less than a mile down the road. Downtown Whitney is just 10 minutes away. Excellent for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families. Max 2 small pets allowed. PLEASE NOTE: The home is cooled by window units. The space The two bedrooms are spacious and another bed is set up in the downstairs common area. Extra sheets, pillows and blankets available. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and the property. There is a charcoal grill, and a swing set to keep the kids entertained. The storage shed is not available for access. Other things to note The bedrooms are upstairs and the kitchen/living area, restroom and shower are downstairs. This is a lake house surrounded by trees and nature and all which that entails. If you are bothered by insects, roaming/barking dogs, nosey cats, the sound of roosters, or the smell of pigs, you may want to try choosing something a little closer to the city. We treat our home for pests several times a year to keep their population down, but you will on occasion encounter bugs (mostly dead) during your stay. This is an expected part of lake life. Again, if this is something that could make your vacation uncomfortable, I would definitelyrecommend that you stay closer to the city.
