A welcome package will include some coffee, tea and some surprise items. Kitchen is complete with basic kitchen needs if you want some light cooking. There is a microwave to warm your left over from your previous night’s dining, A coffee maker, an electric pot and because you are in the Philippines, a rice cooker.😀 The Bathroom shower is equipped with an automatic water heater that will turn on a few seconds after you turn the shower. You can manually override your desired water temperature but we do not recommend it. It is set already for comfort. Towels are provided and you can arrange for laundry and cleaning service if you prefer for a fee. The unit will be clean and sanitized but you are responsible for the upkeep until you check out. We expect that you leave the premises as you found them. Your kitchen has a water filter/purifier installed so you can enjoy using them. Bottled water is not supplied by us. Please make sure to empty the refrigerator. If you want to donate unused canned goods. You can leave them and label for donation and we will donate them to a local charity for you. Guest access The entire unit is reserved for you and your registered guest. Other things to note The BR has a remote controlled ceiling fan to add comfort to the tropical heat. The Living room has a portable air cooler and a ceiling fan that will cool you down while watching your local TV stations on a 42” flat screen TV. An old fashion DVD player is available upon request with classic dvd’s to enjoy like Star Wars saga and classic movies. Guest access The unit is exclusively for your use. We request that you enjoy and take care of it as your own. Other things to note Toiletries are part of your welcome gifts and additional supply is not provided.
