Studio "Traudel" is centrally located in Wernigerode. The studio has a living/bedroom, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The studio is located on the first floor with its own entrance. It has its own small terrace to the west and a terrace to the east. The studio has a TV, free Wi-Fi, small sofa & box spring bed 2 m x 1.80 m. In the kitchen you will find; mini oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, sink and ceramic hob. VAT can be shown. The space This property was newly renovated in 2022 from the roof to the windows. In front of the apartment, a spacious covered entrance and smoking area was created. A small herb garden awaits you. Please note that the apartment Traudel has 2 steps from the living/bedroom to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is small but has everything you need for longer stays. In the bathroom there is hot water, a shower, a wall-mounted toilet, a hair dryer and a vanity. The apartment is separate and very quiet. From May to the end of September, you can use the communal saltwater hot tub in front of the apartment.
