Spacious basement master suite (semi-separate entrance through back patio/garage) located just south of Belmar shopping center, art district, restaurants, microbreweries and theater. Easy Uber/Lyft access to downtown Denver (8 mi) and Red Rocks (10 mi). Walking distance to Kountze Lake or Green Gables park. Ski resorts within an hour. Due to the young family upstairs, this should not be considered a loud party place or one where you expect silence during the day. Quiet hours after 8 PM. The space This is a spacious newly remodeled basement master suite with plush queen bed, extra twin, dressers and a desk for working. Connected double vanity bath with jet tub/shower. There is an adjacent kitchenette, rec room with couch, new home theater, play station, fussball table, and stair-climber. This space is generally private except for occasional laundry and storage runs by the owner. We have extra beds as needed, but ask in advance. Shoes must be removed before entering the house. Any smoking must take place outside and not in view of the kids. Other things to note Kuerig coffee maker, gas grill, stove/oven, fridge, microwave available. Laundry facilities and printer/copier/scanner as well - please tip appropriately for using the laundry machines ($2.50 wash $2.50 dry), gas, drinks, and anything you use excessively or break.
