The Tranquil Desert

The Tranquil Desert is located in South Tempe, near the ASU Research Park. The space is a separate, quiet guest suite, with a private entrance. Featuring a gated driveway for parking and a complete self-contained unit, the Tranquil Desert is perfect for business or pleasure. Please be advised that we DO NOT permit parties of any type on the property. The use of the unit, pool and patio is restricted to guests only. The space This location is 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport and a short drive to Arizona State University. We have great freeway access to the US 60, I-10 and AZ-101 as well. There are plenty of great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner and two Starbucks within one mile of the property. Guest access The space is a full, one bedroom suite (approximately 800 square feet), attached to the main house, with a private entrance and parking in a side driveway. The unit includes a washer and dryer and small, full kitchen. Guests will have access to the unit itself, the pool and patio area during their stay. Parties are not permitted on this property.
