Wonderful rustic two-floor beachfront thatch roof cabin on the pacific coast of Guatemala, 8km from Monterrico at the village of Hawaii. Just a few steps from the beach, the property features a 65 mt (200 feet) beachfront and sits on a large private lot surrounded by coconut trees and plants. It has a wonderful designer pool for adults and children, with the most amazing ocean views. Around the pool, you will find hammocks and beach chairs for an afternoon siesta or to enjoy the views. The space Recently Refurbished!! Disconnect to reconnect! This place is designed to rest and connect with nature. The property sits on 2,600 square meters of private property. At the entrance, you will find a parking area for up to 3 vehicles. The main house sits right in front of the beach. On the second floor, you will find 2 rooms and a shared bathroom. One room has two queen beds. The other room has a queen bed and a bunk bed. Both are equipped with mosquito nets and fans to make your nights enjoyable. It also features a wonderful deck area with two hammocks and the most amazing views of the ocean. On the main floor, you will find an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand before jumping into the pool. You will also find a bathroom. It has a large kitchen equipped with a medium size fridge, a microwave, a four-burner gas stove, and all utensils for cooking and dishes, silverware, and glasses for up to 8 guests. It also features a dining area for 6 people and a living room with wonderful ocean views. **The house and pool are private, however there is a second house available on the property for an additional fee that sleeps 4-6 people comfortably. If interested in renting both houses, ask host when reserving. We only rent to the same party no separate reservations. Guest access Easy access to the property from the main road to Hawaii village. Once on the property, you will find a parking area and steps away from the main house The use of the pool is exclusive for guests. If you don't feel like cooking, just meters away you will find two fine restaurants at Hotel Honolulu or Hotel Hawaiian Paradise. Other things to note The houses are quite basic, we call it rustic beach bungalows for a reason. The construction is with local materials such as cement walls, wood, and thatch roofs. The joy of the beach house is its simplicity, views and privacy. We try to keep the house comfortable and invest in the amenities as we continue to rent.
