The primary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has access to the bathroom situated in the hallway. The condominium is located within the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac, just a short walk from the Clubhouse in building #19. Additionally, a free town shuttle stop is only a few steps from the front entrance. The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.
