Dar-Ling

The Dar-Ling is a family villa of 1001 nights for 14 people, with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, staff, a possible heated pool and a lush garden. The space The house, is located in the countryside, +/- 15 minutes from the medina of Essaouira, the beaches and the golf. Relax around the pool heated by Jamal if needed, so you can enjoy both summer and winter. (400 euro/week will be asked in advance if the pool must be heated.) Throughout the year, there is an ideal climate. Summer or winter it is never too hot, a small wind refreshes you nicely. The sun shines 340 days a year in this corner of paradise and there are very few mosquitoes! So enjoy warm summer evenings without being disturbed. Stroll through the lush 35 ares garden and disconnect to the birdsong. You will discover splendid specimens of argan trees, olive trees, various types of large palm trees, some of a rare, exotic flowers, a small pond with fish and aquatic turtles ... You will have the choice to bask on 3 terraces surrounded by vegetation. The pool is sheltered, you can enjoy the sun or stay in the shade of argan trees. Safi and Beldi, the family dogs, are very nice and sweet. They love children and cuddles ! Beldi is young and a bit naughty, and playfull, but so sweet ! The house has about 500 m2, the decor is typically Moroccan with refinement. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are at your disposal. The living room and master bedroom have an open fire, which can be activated at your request by Jamal. A large American bar is the link between kitchen and the living room. Latifa prepares a variety of menus that you wish Moroccan or European, it will treat you taste buds. You can take them on the various terraces to enjoy moments out of time. And to make sure that your stay is at it’s best, your first evening meal is offered. The traditional tea with the fresh mint, will be served to you at your request in the afternoon. The preparation of your meals is included in the price of your stay, but for the purchase and payment of food you are responsible. Enjoy the Wednesday morning market Ida Ougourd (left at the end of the street) you will find delicious fruits and vegetables in a warm and typical envirement. For groups over 7 people, a additional cook will automatically help Latifa for meals, dishes ..., for 150 dirhams per day (= 15euro) at your expense. Cleaning is not included in the rental, except at the end of your stay. If you wish, you can request it beforehand and pay the amount on the spot. Count 150 dirhams per day of work done. Jamal is responsable for safety of the house. He also manages the pool and the garden. He lives in an isolated house on the premises and is available to help you. The whole property is guarded. The Dar-Ling is a private property reserved for you during your stay and is used only by you. Let yourself be carried away by the tranquility that emanates from the places, take the time to visit the surroundings, the markets, take the time to do nothing and relax. You are on vacation, life is beautiful ... ;-) Other things to note - Cleaning during your stay is not included in the rental. If you want a person to do it daily, you have to ask for it in advance and pay the amount on the spot. From 8 people, additional help comes automatically at the same rates. (150 MAD per day) - If laundry needs to be done, ask Latifa - The bins are the responsibility of the tenants, they must be regularly dropped in Ghazoua (5 minutes by car) to avoid any rodent and other animals destroying them.
