**Please note that the garden is shared! No partying, using the garden as a personal gym, and no pets or unvaccinated guests etc. Your respect of our shared garden space is very much appreciated. The Garden Lookout has a small fridge, microwave, tea kettle and coffee maker. No cooking. No pets. The space I have Enterprise Grade WIFI 802.11ac Wave2 MU-MIMO with a gigabit synchronous fiber uplink from Sonic, and dedicated access points in the Garden Pavilion. You will be sharing the garden with me and other folks so respect of it as a quiet space is very much appreciated. Guest access Parking close by can be challenging- my block has 2 and 4 hour parking limits Monday- Saturday until 10PM. Please try to avoid bringing a car if possible.
