Valley View is an 8 sleeper self catering home, overlooking neighbouring farmland. A perfect place to relax and undwind. Situated on the outskirts of the Nottingham Road village off the Lower Loteni Road, it's conveniently close to a number of Meander wedding venues, spas, coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and golf clubs. Ideal for families visiting nearby schools eg Clifton Prep, Michaelhouse et al. A great base from which to explore the Midlands and Drakensberg. Solar system during loadshedding. The space The main bedroom is spacious with a comfortable queen size bed and en suite bathroom consisting of large bath, shower, double basins and toilet. All the beds have electric blankets to keep one warm during chilly nights (April to October). The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds, but does not have it's own bathroom. The guests in this room have to share one of the other three bathrooms. The third bedroom has a comfortable double bed with en suite shower, basin and toilet. The fourth bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with en suite shower, basin and toilet. The open plan dining / livingroom opens onto a verandah overlooking surrounding farmland. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 5 plate gas stove with electric oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. It is also equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc for self catering. A solar power backup system has been installed to alleviate the frustrations of loadshedding. Guest access The property is accessed via a remote controlled gate and is set in a large fully fenced garden. Other things to note Tea and coffee provided. Excellent restaurants nearby for meals.
