Home in Berkley

Newly restored upper flat of a 1920s home in the incredibly safe, quiet neighborhood of Berkley, walking distance from downtown Royal Oak. Just one block off Woodward, 15 minute drive to Detroit or Bloomfield Hills, 10 minute drive to Ferndale, Southfield or Birmingham. At the end of the block is a very good little diner-type restaurant called Owl that is open 24/7. Also a walk or 5 minute drive away from the Detroit Zoo, Huntington Woods pool, tennis courts, and many other parks. The space This is a private flat with one bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and living room. Pets are allowed, but you will have to confirm that they are 100% house broken! And may be asked to crate them if you are leaving the house without them.. as we have had some problems with both things in the past :) Other things to note Check-in and check-out times are flexible when possible, up to 24 hours a day, but generally sometime after noon (12pm) is preferred for check-in and if we have someone leaving the room the same day you arrive check-in might have to be at 3:00pm (check with us). Also sometime before noon is preferred for check-out, but check to see if we have anyone coming after you, if not you might be able to leave whenever!!
