The space This 2 bedroom unit is in historic Chesapeake Lofts, (a renovated paper company from 1920’s). Enjoy the industrial feel with loft ceilings, a full kitchen and living area overlooking pool and marina. Watch the sunset from the balcony. Guest access Full 2 bedroom unit with access onsite to fitness center, outdoor pool and hot tub. There are two parking spaces available. If you have more than two cars, there is nearby parking available on the street or in city lots. Other things to note Trailers are not permitted in the parking lot. Building quiet hours are from 11pm-7am. The building includes year-round residents and rental guests. You are not permitted to invite guests to the pool. Laundry is available in the building- requires downloading the PayRange app to use. Remember we are right by the lake - sometimes that means bugs out on balcony- we have a screen if you'd like to keep the door open.
