The house is located in a quiet subdivision. It is within 5 minutes of grocery, pharmacies, restaurants, and gas stations. The space The house all on 1 level on a flat lot. The yard has a privacy fence. There is a gas grill on the back patio. The Roku TV offers streaming services. There is WIFI available. Guest access The whole house is for our guests except an owners closet and part of the garage. Other things to note The house is located in a family neighborhood and we ask that you respect the neighbors (no wild parties and excess noise). Trailers and large trucks are not allowed to be parked in the neighborhood more than 1/2 day.
