Upstairs is the main bedroom with King size bed, ceiling fan and AC, bathroom with shower and hot water, and dining room with fully equipped kitchen, big table, chairs and a sofa. Private and well maintained pool is just a couple of stairs down to the deck. There is another separate bedroom right by the pool. This second bedroom has private entrance, Queen bed, fan, AC and bathroom with shower and hot water. We have fast speed internet that works great both inside and outside on the upstairs porch and the pool deck. You can spend hours by just enjoying the endless ocean views and watching local fishermen or water taxi drivers sailing across the bight. After a few days at this one of the most beautiful and quiet spots on the island you will feel like reborn. Guest access You will have the entire house, pool and private sea dock for yourself. Other things to note Please note that your electricity consumption is being paid extra. We read the meter at the check-in and then at the check-out. 1 kWh is 10 Honduran Lempiras, which is $0,42 (42 US cents). The final bill depends on your real consumption of hot water, electrical devices, lights and mainly AC. Generally it makes about $5,5 per day; about $8 per day if using one AC only in the night and about $12 if using both AC only in the night. We believe this is the fairest way of billing on both sides due to the high costs of electricity on the island.
