Room with lake view and garden

Right on the lake, your cozy, newly renovated room with lake and panoramic views awaits you. A large, comfortable bathroom right by the room, kitchen use and good WiFi (fiber optic) are part of it. In our garden on the lake, we have reserved you a private seating set with a parasol. Sun loungers are available. Cafeteria, pizzeria/Indian, lake restaurant, boat rental, archaeological park, etc., about 3-5 min. by foot. City and Rhine are about 900 m away. The space Your room with lake and panoramic views of the cityscape of Xanten with a large, private bathroom directly in the room is located on the 2nd floor of our guest house. Your private fridge, coffee maker and kettle are available directly in front of you. A basic equipment of dishes is located in your room. So that you can enjoy summer, sun and lake, we have reserved a private table for you in our lakeside garden. You can easily prepare your meals in the floor kitchen, which is still used by another guest. Bicycles can be accommodated in the garage. On the side of the house you will find our cozy smoking vacations. Guest access You can use your room and bathroom, the floor kitchen, garden, bicycle storage, as well as all outdoor areas and, if you wish, the washing machine and dryer in the basement. Other things to note For tourist stays, the city of Xanten receives a tourist tax of €2.60 per person/day, which you pay in cash with us. There is no tourist tax for work-related stays.
