Peaceful Park Central "Studio"

The Studio unit is self-contained. The pictures show most of the Studio, however, there is a new solid wood front door all repaired. The bathroom is a full, nice and clean all-white with fully tiled white walls in the shower. The Kitchen is designed along the west wall. It has a new full stove and a mid-sized full refrigerator and freezer. The WiFi is 600. It is a non smoking house and property. Please always wash sheets in warm water only and use normal not heavy for drying them. The space There is a pleasant amount of natural light and good lighting in the Studio with four windows and a leaded glass door leading to the shared laundry which we try to learn and make appointment times for laundry to be done. A antique fifteen light "windowed" interior door going to the laundry room with a simple interior locking handle, be sure not to lock yourself out of Studio on your way to the laundry room! On the way to the laundry, you will walk through what I call a common little bedroom-type space. It is not used for sleeping it may look like a bedroom but it is not. People cannot sleep there as it is a very light traffic area as others use the laundry by appointment. I have the single bed set up pretty with two dressers in the same area, but it is all only storage for linens. I just wanted it to look pretty as one walks through to the laundry room. I say all this so one does not think they are walking into someone's bedroom. There is now a nonrefundable $250 deposit for any animals for carpet cleaning and I will show you the carpet cleaning receipts if necessary. People are very clean and to date there have not had any problems. I have not had many guest with pets but the guest have provided Vet. Checks and shots. It is a non smoking house and property. Guest access The entire Studio is private and cannot be accessed by any other than the guest. It is a non-smoking house and property. There are top quality deadbolt and locking handle. To get to the laundry guests must walk through a small bedroom-type space one can see in the photos with a single four-poster bed, (not for any guest to sleep in), simply provides a place for me to shore the twin bed. However, can be a guest bed for a guest, of the paid guest, requests first, for a brief overnight if checked & approved by Owner. They would have to be up and out by 9:00 am. for your guest. The laundry is just beyond that bed. Other things to note Street parking only for the Studio. The house is heated with a new oil furnace. However, each unit in the house has a thermostat, but when a guest turns theirs on, it will also heat the entire house. Duraflame floor heater added to the Studio to keep it warm as you like without asking for the oil heater. Everyone finds this works well without overheating the entire house. Also, this Duraflame portable heater works great to use but one must read directions before using it if not familiar with it. Directions are as follows: keep away from any clothing or bed material at least six feet. Please note, I want you to have the freedom to use the Wall thermostat to warm up space upon arrival, then turn it off and use the Floor heater to maintain room temperature. Usually, the other units use the oil furnace so there is plenty of overflow to the Studio. You may close off the furnace vents if it gets too warm. please turn off your thermostat when leaving the house. Turn off the floor heater and unplugged when leaving and again use oil heat to quickly heat up the unit then turn it off, and go back to the floor heater.
