Tucked away in a secluded spot just off the atlantic highway, this 2-bedroom, dog-friendly, Cornish loft is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway. - Watergate Bay 10 mins away by car - Mawgan Porth 10 mins away by car - Newquay airport 6 mins away by car - Padstow 15 mins away by car Enjoy stunning views over the Cornish countryside and our farmstead dating back to the 1200's. This space combines stylish modern living with relaxed rural vibes and gorgeous sunsets. The space Kitchen/Diner: The property is accessed through a private entrance into the kitchen/diner which greets you with stunning westerly views on two whole sides of the room. A large dining table seating up to six (two extra chairs can be provided on request) is located in the best spot to drink in the scenery. The kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking needs, including a Nespresso coffee machine, hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher. A microwave and freezer are also available in the utility room. To help entertain your little ones, a small play area has been set up for ‘open-ended play.’ Here you will find a play kitchen, lots of wooden food, a dolly with accessories, and a till. Utility Room: A Washing machine and tumble dryer are both provided in addition to airers for drying clothes, iron, ironing board and a Henry hoover if needed. Towels for drying your furry friends can also be found on the shelves. Living Room: Featuring a large log burner with glass on three sides, a mega-comfy sofa looking straight out over the Cornish countryside, and also a well-stocked bookshelf with a choice of board games for those chilled out days. Also included is a TV and Wifi if you feel like streaming movies (please be aware that we have no aerial signal here and so the TV has Smart viewing only via all your favourite apps). Master Bedroom: Located upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a superking bed with White Company linen and a brand new Loaf 'Top Dog' mattress. Due to the restricted ceiling height a wardrobe is not possible in this space, however two large chests of drawers and hook hanging space is provided. A hairdryer and full length mirror have also been included for your convenience. There is also a Tutti Bambini ‘next to me’ cot (with full size cot in the twin room). Bedroom 2: Situated off the master bedroom is the second bedroom boasting two double beds. Both have Eve premium mattresses and White Company linen. There is a Mamas and Papas full size cot with mattress and fitted sheet , please note for health and safety reasons you will need to provide your own covers and blankets (for the baby cot only). Main Bathroom: Accessed through the master bedroom is the bathroom. This space has views across the fields with a fitted shower and large sink. Outside: The property benefits from its own private, fully enclosed courtyard. The space looks out over uninterrupted farmland and has a four-foot fence so you can be sure your furry friends remain secure. There's a hose with running water for washing your dogs and water-sports equipment, and a covered storage shed for housing surfboards, bicycles and anything else you can think of. WiFi: Please be aware that we do not have a broadband connection at the property and the WiFi is connected via a 4G router. Usually this provides download speeds of approximately 40mbs, however during Boardmasters festival the connection is often extremely unreliable. Guest access Guests have access to the entire 2-bedroom house. Please note you will need a car to get around as we are not within walking distance of any shops or amenities. The Loft is also not disabled friendly since the bedrooms are located upstairs and access to the Loft itself is via a gravel slope. Other things to note Please make sure your dogs aren't left unattended in the Loft at any time.
