Our Sprout Tiny Home is in the South Park of La Junta Colorado Cabins & KOA, nestled along a row of juniper trees that protect it from the wind and overlooking the Crooked Arroyo. The area is quiet, peaceful, clean and safe. Our Tiny Home has a loft with queen bed, full bed sofa sleeper, full refrigerator, microwave, range top, smart TV and includes linens & towels. Picnic table, grill & fire ring outside. Tiny Home is smoke-free! The space Your Tiny Home comes with a queen bed in a loft (fresh, clean linens provided for your use). The kitchen & dining area include a range, microwave, refrigerator, utensils & dining table. The middle sitting area has a full bed sofa sleeper and nice bay window with work desk. The bathroom includes a shower. Guest access Swimming pool; mini golf (small fee); playground, cornhole toss, recreation room, laundry, convenience store with local gift items. Other things to note We collect a $100 cleaning/damage deposit at check-in which is refunded after check-out as long as nothing is damaged or missing, and the lodging does not smell of smoke or require excessive cleaning. Occupancy is based on two people. There is no charge for children under age 5. Extra children ages 5 - 17 are $5/night; extra adults are $9/night. The City/County/State Sales Tax & Lodging fee totals 13.4%. AirBnB often does not collect the full amount of tax, so there may be a small charge for the balance of the tax we are required to collect. There is a $100 cleaning/damage refundable deposit collected at check-in & refunded on the day of check-out if nothing is damaged or missing, the lodging does not smell of smoke and does not require excessive cleaning.
