Enjoy the rustic charm in this cozy condo with an ocean view located just steps from the beach, restaurants, bars, pools, playground, tennis courts, bike rentals, & fitness center- all available for you to enjoy. Located at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort, you’ll feel safe and comfortable in this gated, lush community. We love Hilton Head Island and all it has to offer, and we truly hope you will too. Our goal is to make you feel as relaxed and as comfortable in our villa as we do. The space This fully furnished, non-smoking villa sleeps 6 with a double bed in the master, a queen sofa-sleeper in the living area, and built- in wall bunks in the common area. (The bunks are not suitable for adults; best for children 12 & under). Our villa is the perfect size for a couple's escape from reality, or a small family's dream vacation. Staying here you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and all small appliances, beach chairs and toys, games, books, a flat screen TV with cable, & wifi. There are ceiling fans throughout the villa, along with adjustable thermostat. On the resort you'll find all the amenities to make your stay a breeze! Restaurants, tennis courts, bike rentals, 2 pools, & a playground. Guest access You will have access to the entire villa including bedroom, closet, bathroom, bunks, kitchen, living room, and patio. While at the resort you will also have access to all of the resort amenities which include; -2 outdoor pools; 1 kiddie pool -Grill and picnic areas -Fitness Center -Lighted tennis courts -Playground -Bike rentals -Restaurants on site -Shuffleboard -Private beach access Other things to note The resort charges $25 per vehicle to enter/park at the resort. We will cover the cost of one vehicle per booking. If you plan to have more than one vehicle parked at the resort, you will need to let me know and you will be required to pay $25 for each additional vehicle.
