Beachfront cottage with swimming pool

Stunning 6.9 acres beachfront property in the private beach community of SeaCliff where the only sounds you’ll hear are those from the sea, the breeze, and the birds. You will find a 50s cottage, with an extra-large roofed terrace, a swimming pool, and a railed overlook, with a superb view of the ocean. You will be able to go back to a simple life with all the comfort and amenities of today. The space This is a family’s get away home that has been in the family for over fifty years. Great memories have been made here! And we hope you will create some too! The roofed terrace is at the top of the hill overlooking the ocean and is the place where you will spend most of your time. There are hammocks, a seating area, a dining table, a built in BBQ grill with a small sink and counter space to cook some great meals together. There is a separate bathroom easily accessible from the terrace in an adjacent structure. The cottage is to the side of the terrace. It has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living area. Towels and linens are available for your use. There is a creek between the property and the beach that can be crossed thru a pathway during the low tide and depending of the rain. There is railed stairs down the cliff and a shower by the stairs for you to wash off when you are heading back to the house. Beach towels are available for your use. The property has many fruit trees like mangoes, sour oranges, coconuts palm trees, papayas, and others. Depending on the time of the year, you may be able to enjoy some of them. It is very nice to just walk around the property. Seacliff is a small beach community about an hour and a half from Panama City by Km 111 of the InterAmerican Highway (Carretera Interamericana). You must go by car as there is no public transportation available that would take you all the way to the property. Guest access You will be able to access all of the property. There are onsite living caretakers and their home is at the entrance of the property, far away from the areas that are for guests. Other things to note If you are interested in having some housekeeping help during your stay, one of our caretakers is available for an additional fee.
