Small vintage Art Deco studio tucked away from the street for a quiet South Beach escape. Pet friendly with private entrance, bathroom, and a kitchenette for light cooking, it’s a simple cozy space with Old Florida charm. Guests can also enjoy our lush tropical garden. Just 2 blocks from the Convention Center, Ocean Drive, and the beach, and steps from Española Way, Lincoln Road, shops, and nightlife. The space Each of our studio has a private entrance, private bathroom and kitchenware. This studio includes: - hotplates/microwave/toaster/coffee maker and kitchenware. - An original, private, Art Deco bathroom equipped with towels, soaps, air dryer. - Single full size bed with Linens. - Beach towels and beach chairs. - High speed WIFI. - NO tv. Guest access For your security, our property if fully fenced, once your pass our gate, you will cross our coutyard, to our open breezeway lobby and to our garden. All our common areas are shared by our guests. Other things to note NO smoking in the Studios - $300 fine! We also DO NOT allow any kind of smoking activity (cigars, cigarettes, pipes, etc.) anywhere on our property including our garden and common area. 21 YEARS OLD We DO NOT have PARKING SPACES on our premises. Fees for second guest is $10/night. BE AWARE: we have community cats in our garden area. They do not have the habit of getting close to people they do not know. As animal lovers, we try to foster a safe environment for them at Barcelona Studios. All of our regulars have gone through the TNR program and are fed, vaccinated and cared for by the community.
