Very quiet area, away from the road, with shops and restaurants 100 m away. The space In the dining room there is a double sofa bed with a 200x120 cm mattress. The terrace has three awnings and a bench that can be transformed into a platform, for even better views. All bedrooms have blinds and curtains. There is a portable fan, hair dryer, two folding chairs for the beach, two small sun loungers, two parasols and two beach coolers, large and small. There are also two floor lamps with reading lights, a folding table, an iron, an ironing board (small), a vacuum cleaner, a folding clothesline, and a desk, which can be placed in both bedrooms or in the living/dining room. It has a well-equipped separate kitchen, with a small table for three people, a microwave, an oven, an extractor hood, two fire detectors (in the hall and in the clothesline), a dishwasher, a sandwich maker, a blender, a kettle, an Italian coffee maker, a fast express pot and a large abundance of dishes, glasses, cups, kitchen utensils and cutlery. At the back of the kitchen there is a small enclosed terrace with a fixed clothesline, a folding clothesline, a washing machine and a large sink for hand washing. There are two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a small shower. Both bedrooms have two 190x90 cm beds, a built-in closet, and a ceiling fan with remote control and timer. You can buy everything (bread, groceries, drugstore and perfumery products, clothing, footwear, beach items...) in any of the shops in the area; one of them, right at the foot of the building next door. Guest access The building has a private pool from June 15 to September 15, two large elevators with 6 seats each, access with a ramp for carts or people with reduced mobility, and numbered surface parking. In its surroundings there are places of interest and very pleasant areas for walking, which includes an ornithological route (25 minutes walk from the apartment) where you can see cormorants, herons or flamingos. The area, being able to choose between the Mediterranean or the quiet Mar Menor, offers the best possibilities to practice all kinds of water sports, and in its vicinity there are schools of windsurfing, kitesurfing, diving and sailing, in addition to being able to rent all the necessary equipment to practice these activities.
