Specifically, 2nd floor's 1st Bedroom has a Master Bedroom, 3 queen bed, bathtub and hot and cold shower. The 2nd bedroom has 1 king double and sofa bed. Lastly, the 3rd Bedroom has 2 queen double beds. 3 bathrooms with showers. Furthermore, the living area has a cable TV Large Flat Screen 56" for entertainment, while the kitchen has a refrigerator, 2 burner stove (free LPG), lots of cookware, dining ware, utensils, big rice cooker, electric kettle,1 bbq grills. Plus FREE WI-FI. 1-minute walk to the beach. We belong to a PUBLIC beach rental house Located at Barangay Hugom /Laiya San Juan Batangas. Disclaimer: We urge guests with mobility problems, senior citizens, and toddlers with less supervision were not advised to book in 2nd floor due to the high incline staircase. Our Beach Houses are nestled on the clearest of blue waters in a small friendly fishing village of Hugom-Laiya. We offer low to moderately priced beach houses for our guests. Our new beach houses come nicely equipped. We are a public beach area located next door to La Luz Resort, which means that there are no entrance fees or corkage fees. A small PARKING FEE of 200 pesos per car/van per overnight stay.1 min walk to the house. This Beach House is less than a minute walk to the beach. This beach house comes well equipped with a kitchen and if you don't wish to cook you may explore our local eateries, sari-sari stores in our village. Many of the resorts in the general area here have their own outside cocktail lounges to visit, nighttime entertainment, and restaurants. Most of them are free to enter the general public.
