The Loft is a spacious & stylishly appointed studio next to our family home. In a picturesque rural setting you’ll forget you’re only 10 mins drive from Albany and 30 mins to Auckland CBD. Enjoy the sights & sounds of the countryside, & star-filled night sky. The Loft is the perfect base to explore the diverse North West from vineyards to beaches. Located 5 mins from Coatesville village & the popular Black Cottage restaurant. Enjoy breakfast provisions & honesty bar. The space The Loft is a studio bedroom & living space with kitchen, bathroom & balcony. The bed is a queen with luxury nz made linen and & additional bedding & towels if needed. The bathroom has all essentials including things you might have forgotten. The kitchen can cater for light meals with high quality bench top stove and convection oven, bar fridge with access to a large freezer on request. Homemade provisions for a continental breakfast & eggs sufficient for your stay is provided along with coffee and a range of teas - all organic where possible. A well stocked honesty bar of artisan goodies is available for convenience. Bathrobes & slippers & picnic hamper add to the luxuries. We’ll be happy to help you with any special needs with sufficient notice :-) Guest access You’ll have private access to The Loft with own parking. Undercover parking by arrangement. The Loft is located on the grounds of and is adjacent to our home, Dandelion house. Your privacy is assured. Other things to note The Loft is an ideal accommodation for shorter stays - there is no full oven or large fridge - so we do not advertise longer term stays for guests comfort. We do have Starlink wifi and have had no problem with connectivity for guests, however, we are rural so do not promote The Loft as a remote working location.
