Bright and airy vintage Art Deco studio with private entrance, bathroom, and a kitchenette for light cooking. Pet friendly and full of Old Florida charm, it’s the perfect home base just 2 blocks from the Convention Center, Ocean Drive, and the beach. Steps from Española Way, Lincoln Road, restaurants, shops, and nightlife—your sunny South Beach retreat. The space Each of our studio has a private entrance, private bathroom and kitchenette. This studio includes: - Kitchenette with hotplates/microwave/toaster/coffee maker and kitchenware. - An original, private, Art Deco bathroom equipped with towels, soaps, air dryer. - Double queen size bed with Linens. - Beach towels and beach chairs. - High speed WIFI. - NO tv. Guest access For your security, our property if fully fenced, once your pass our gate, you will cross our coutyard, to our open breezeway lobby and to our garden. All our common areas are shared by our guests. Other things to note NO smoking in the Studios - $300 fine! We also DO NOT allow any kind of smoking activity (cigars, cigarettes, pipes, etc.) anywhere on our property including our garden and common area. 21 YEARS OLD We DO NOT have PARKING SPACES on our premises. Fees for second guest is $10/night. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS PER STUDIO: 2 (TWO). BE AWARE: we have community cats in our garden area. They do not have the habit of getting close to people they do not know. As animal lovers, we try to foster a safe environment for them at Barcelona Studios.
