The Cottage at Toms Road was home to the Farm Manager’s family for generations. Now completely restored and refurbished, it is perfect for families or guests looking to stay longer at Highbrighton. The Cottage features a master bedroom with an en-suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a waterfall shower. There are two smaller guestrooms both graciously appointed and welcoming. A large living area and dining room with a fully-equipped, modern kitchen complete the house. Privacy is key at The Cottage at Tom’s Road. It is located on its own separate 20-acre plot of land at the back entrance to the estate. Guests can enjoy the amenities of Highbrighton yet feel as if they are in their own home in the rural countryside of Virginia. There are miles of trails to walk with the surrounding woodlands teeming with wildlife and other indigenous flora and fauna. Guests of the Cottage at Toms Road enjoy all the amenities of the estate including access to the saltwater pool (open mid-April to late September weather-dependent) and the natural spring-fed lake for swimming, kayaking, or just floating around. Enjoy the formal gardens and walk the wonderful woodland trails. Play pickleball on our two mountain view tournament courts, or just shoot some hoops.
