Ski Getaway: Lakefront Loft Near Jay Peak

Amazing 2-bedroom lakefront loft, located directly on the American side of beautiful International Lake Memphrémagog. From swimming to the gorgeous fall colours hikes, skiing and ice-fishing, the loft is a great, quiet spot to relax or enjoy outdoor activities all year round. Located 10-min from Newport, VT with a variety of restaurants and 30-min from Jay Peak (USA) & Owl's Head (Canada) where you can golf, ski and hike! Only a 2-hour drive from Montreal and 3.5 hour drive from Boston! The space Spacious 2 bed loft featuring a luxury open plan suite style king room with a comfortable king bed, expansive lake view windows, kitchenette, spacious living space with a couch, flat-screen TV with Apple TV, WiFi and coffee table. The second closed bedroom features a queen bed. A full bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms. Finally just outside is a Wonderfull private outdoor area with Firepit, gas BBQ and private lake access dock (Spring - Fall). Guest access Our guesthouse has 2 closed bedrooms above a garage. It’s its own building (you also have your own private entrance) so you have the whole guest suites to yourselves! Our home is also on the land but again, completely separate buildings from one another. Other things to note Winter Access & Snow Conditions Please note that from late fall through early spring, weather in this area can change quickly. Snow tires and/or a 4x4/AWD vehicle are strongly recommended during snowy or icy conditions to safely access the property. The road and driveway are maintained, but due to the nature of the terrain, guests without proper winter tires or all-wheel drive may experience difficulty. If you are visiting during a storm, allow extra travel time and use caution. This is part of enjoying a true Vermont winter experience — and arriving prepared will ensure a smooth and stress-free stay.
