Typical Quercy house from 1859 overlooking the entire estate, accommodates up to 7 people in an authentic style. The large living room is full of charm with the original fireplace hearth in which the wood-burning stove is now located, historical details in stone and wood. The space The accommodation consists of the living room, dining room and a large open kitchen, all equipped with panoramic views of the outside. It opens onto a large private terrace with unobstructed views of the entire estate and the dovecote, ideal for long moments of conviviality. The staircase serves the three bedrooms. We go down to the master suite with its entrance area, its large bedroom with double bed, window overlooking the "little street" of the estate and French window, its storage shelves and wardrobe, its small desk and its bathroom. This private bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with glass shower wall, sink, toilet and towel dryer. We go up to the other two bedrooms of the gîte and a shower/toilet room. The second bedroom is a romantic cocoon with its double bed under the magnificent wooden frame, its storage (dresser, wardrobe). The last bedroom of the cottage is a children's paradise with three single beds, in a cabin spirit under the same beautiful wooden frame. The shower room with its toilet and sink and towel rail is accessible from the landing. Two private outdoor spaces complete this rental: a small private garden to bask in the shade of the old tree and the bread oven shelter. Guest access You also have access to all the outdoor areas of the 14-hectare estate shared with the other two rentals: 12x6 m heated pool and its terrace in the middle of nature, petanque court, ponds, forests, meadows. All 3 cottages and the estate can be privatized via the listing Le domaine des collines. The owners live on site in a separate accommodation with a dog.
