This first floor unit is under a half-mile from Placencia Road, an easy 10 minute walk to fruit stands, coffee shops, famous sidewalk and more. So close, one can easily access the beaches, tours, people, shopping, water sports, etc., but private enough to leave the excitement behind and enjoy the peaceful retreat that is Sunset Pointe. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is 1,674 square feet including the covered private verandas. The master bedroom includes a queen bed & en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobe, dresser, and television. The second bedroom includes a full bed with twin bunks, closet, dresser, and a separate bath. All rooms enjoy Handcrafted French mahogany doors opening to spacious verandas with beautiful furnishings and water views. The Caribbean feel continues with colorful hand-painted tiles, sinks and authentic Mexican tile floors. Black-out curtains, ceiling fans, wifi, cable television and air-conditioning throughout. The Unit has a covered viewing platform on top with a spectacular 360 degree view of the Caribbean, Mayan Mountains, Lagoon, and beautiful sunsets. Guest access Steps away from the front door heading North is the lagoon, a saline pool, hot tub, and palapa to relax, cool off and enjoy the views. Included in this area is a courtyard, BBQ and a boat dock with private slips. An excellent place for sunset viewing and/or fishing. A few steps South of the front entrance is a short pier into the Caribbean with palapa and lounge chairs for reading, relaxing, spotting wildlife, or soaking up the sun. Free parking is available along the waterway in front of Sunset Pointe. Other things to note We include two WiFi accounts available for your use: 1) A standard wifi account that provides general coverage & also works at the poolside palapa. 2) Our recently upgraded mesh system provides up to 75 Mbps throughout the condo.
