You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. We are at the gates of the Cilento National Park in the village of Finocchito in Ogliastro Cilento. A short distance away are the Temples of Paestum, the ancient polis of Velia and the blue flag sea of Agropoli and Castellabate. The space The accommodation consists of a villa with 6 apartments, located within the farm that extends over an area of four hectares of olive groves, with access from Via Visconti in the Piazza della Chiesa di San Nazario in the village of Finocchito in Ogliastro Cilento (Salerno) - Italy. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa, with a separate entrance, and consists of a living room with a kitchen, a triple bedroom and a bathroom. Outside, a private patio furnished with a table and chairs. Casal Finocchito is the ideal refuge to forget the chaos of the city, the hectic life of every day: we are at the gates of the Cilento National Park - a UNESCO World Heritage Site - we immerse ourselves in the olive trees that extend as far as the eye can see and here we find serenity. The green hills, which surround the landscape, chase each other out of all proportion to dive into the lake of the Oasis of Alento. But don't think it's a place for meditation alone: the village of medieval origins, and so also the other surrounding villages, comes alive at every holiday, and even more so in summer, with religious events and festivals with ancient flavors. The blue pristine sea of Cilento - blue flag Fee - is just a stone's throw away: just a few kilometers and, in less than a quarter of an hour, you are on the magnificent beach of Agropoli in the Bay of Trentova and ... you will almost feel like you are hearing the song of the Sirens. With the same ease you can reach the archaeological area with the magnificent temples of Paestum. But there's more... much more: you can organize quiet excursions for bikers, or face adrenaline-filled days with incredible trekking, rafting, diving and... you name it: there's the countryside, the hills and the sea... for us it's paradise. Guest access The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa, with a separate entrance, and consists of a living room with kitchen, a triple bedroom and a bathroom. Outside, a private patio furnished with a table and chairs. The washing machine is not in the accommodation but in a special laundry room, available free of charge upon request. The swimming pool with a large equipped solarium is reserved for guests of the property only. Other things to note The accommodation is located at an altitude of 320 m above sea level, between the green hills and the blue sea, with a splendid view of the valley and the lake of the Alento dam, at the gates of the Cilento National Park, in the Finocchito village of Ogliastro Cilento (Salerno). By car you can reach, from Paestum or Agropoli: continue on the SS.18 until Mattine and then turn to Ogliastro-Cicerale, continue for about 5 km and, at the junction of S. Maria delle Grazie, enter the village to reach the Piazza della Chiesa di San Nazario.
