The space The chalet is referred to in the space as CHALE DA SERRA 3 Surrounded by nature, in a privileged location, at one of the highest points in São Bento do Sul-SC, on a 40,000 m2 farm with an exuberant view, 4 km from a large neighborhood and 10 km from the city center by asphalt connection, is our CHALET, architecturally designed based on Swiss mountain chalets, called Chalé da Serra 3. The Chalet has its most striking feature in the architecture, and both inside and out, the large transparent facades, 6.50 meters high, undoubtedly became the great star, with its majestic view to the rising side and to the west side. The large glassed-in facades of the chalet allow the sun to enter from dawn to dusk and have become a fabulous aesthetic detail, with the calm and serene simplicity of the nature that surrounds it. The glass gained prominence with the rusticity of the red bricks and wood, combining the traditional and the modern, and the formality of its features are more evident at dusk, when the lamps inside are lit. The warm, golden lights create a charming atmosphere. The glass doors open fully on hot days, integrating the interior with the deck, and protect from the cold without hiding the scenery, in total interaction with nature. From the Chalet, the view is lost in the verdant landscape of the valleys, mountains and gardens, which simply invite contemplation. The Chalet is accessed by a 50-step staircase, passing through the gardens that stand out as a contemplative element of nature. The bedroom/mezzanine has no bathroom, and is accessed by a Santos Dumont model staircase. The hot tub is sized for a couple and is located in bedroom 1 (master) Our landscape, flowering gardens and native forest change with the seasons.
