The house is sea front, foot in the sand, a beach for bathing. It is spacious, cozy, impeccable, ventilated, comfortable, simple and rustic. There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom with 3 beds, with bed linen, bath towels, blankets and 2 bath towels. The space The house is about 300 meters before the Nossa Senhora dos Prazeres Fortress, on the sand, facing the sea, with a panoramic view of Ilha das Palmas in front of the house, the Lighthouse, Pedra da Baleia, and you can see the Fort and Serra do Mar from the deck. We also have a large covered area with a barbecue, facing the garden and the beach. It is a quiet beach with a sea suitable for swimming, very clean and greenish water, often transparent. Great for beach activities such as frescobol, bets, shuttlecock, volleyball, beach soccer and sand castles. Great for sunbathing, running, walking, morning and afternoon walks, watching the sunrise and the moon right in front of the house, watching the sunset behind the house and on the beach next to the Fort. The accommodation is cozy with wooden decorative items, pictures of the island to give authenticity to the space and that also embellish all the rooms of the house, there are pictures of Ilha do Mel and others in the modern style, handicrafts and wooden furniture that complete the style of the house. Guest access The house has several options for your arrival; _With the cart that will bring the luggage from the dock to the house, and you can enjoy a 25-minute walk with a view. _Another option is to take the nautical taxi in the island's strait or isthmus, which is 5 min from the wharf and stops in front of the house. _Another option is to enjoy the beauty of the Atlantic forest on the trail, walking with backpacks for 30 min to the house, with sneakers and repellent depending on the time and period of the year. _Also, with more convenience, it is possible to schedule with the boatman leaving from Pontal do Sul from the boarding to the front of the house, going around the island for 45 min, seeing Ponta, the wonderful Serra do Mar, the dolphin beach, passing in front of the Mirante da Ilha, an old 3-story building, the Rádio Farol and the beautiful Fortaleza Nossa Senhora dos Prazeres and next to Pedra da Baleia.
