It is a short taxi or Uber ride to Downtown and the Malecon. This 1 bed, 2 bath vacation condominium features exceptional design, first class amenities, new living room, couch, ALL NEW APPLIANCES and the thoughtful extras that will elevate your stay to true vacation luxury. Enjoy facilities such as the tranquil spa which offers reasonably priced massages, mani/pedis and five sparkling swimming pools to choose from plus tennis, pickle ball, ping pong and a pool table. The space I have requested constant feedback from many visitors so hopefully the unit has everything you need to make your stay delightful and hassle free. The condominium features a safe, purified water, a hairdryer, an iron and plenty of quality linens and towels. Guest access The Grand Venetian has controlled access at the main gated entry plus a friendly 24 hr. security guard in the lobby of tower 3000 who you will get to know during your stay. The coded lock on the front door of the apartment makes it super easy to come and go and you’ll never lose the key! Other things to note: Please don’t take any glassware out onto the pool deck. There are plastic glasses and plates inside the condominium for you to use instead. Or there is a restaurant in the pool area that can help. Please use the designated beach towels for the pool and beach areas & keep the bath towels inside the unit. It is especially important to always wear your wristbands so the staff can easily identify you as a guest and you can spend time relaxing and not answering their questions! NOTE: There is a beach club nearby that plays music on the weekends from 1-9pm.
