Perfect spot right outside of West Chester and Downingtown. I have another room so if it is rented, the bathroom will be shared. The bed is queen size. The room is very large and there is a large walk in closet and also a 32” TV which has all the cable channels and Netflix. I have two dogs and a cat but they will not be permitted in the living space. There is off street parking in the driveway. The washer and dryer are available to you. The space You have full kitchen and laundry privileges as well as an parking spot in the driveway. The home is occupied by my husband and myself and is in a neighborhood where you can take walks on sidewalks. Guest access Guests have use of the kitchen, laundry and office which has a TV in it and the sunroom which is nice a bright for reading a book. There is also a driveway for parking. During your stay My husband and myself live here. We are available for any questions or suggestions that a guest may have or need about the area.
