Aloe View Homestay is built into three levels which are rented as unique and seperate self-catering units. arrangements can be made for a of renting more than one section for a larger group. This Listing is for our top floor apartment. The space Large, open plan studio/bachelor flat Access through and/or around 3rd Garage Steps from seperate parking area on upper road, Skilpad Slot. Sleeps 1-2 comfortably Kingsize Bed, day couch/single bed. Breakfast nook Kitchen with 2 Plate Induction Stove, Convection Microwave, Prep Bowl, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Fridge. Bathroom (shower only). Lounge area with easy chairs, TV with DSTV Connection. Indoor fireplace/braai Sliding Door onto wooden deck with Table and benches. Sea view Guest access Parking is on the road above with wooden steps down to a landing. Stepping stones lead to the deck and sliding doors into the apartment. Other things to note The apartment is ideal for a couple wanting a private getaway or for a couple with an infant. There is a couch bed which would accommodate a young child. PLEASE NOTE! The steps, high wooden deck and surrounding terraced garden is unsafe for toddlers.
