Oceanside View Cottage Quiet, Peaceful, Secluded and a true island life experience with breathtaking views of the ocean. The Home is located on the top of the hill, with a back porch and gorgeous views. There is a hand-cut path in the backyard of the home to walk down the hill to see the ocean - we do not recommend swimming there due to the intense current and rip-tides. The space The open floor concept home brings in natural sunlight and ocean views from each window in the home. Beautiful Ocean views and sea breeze on the back porch. Full size kitchen, dining area, living room, washer, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed and en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has two Twin Beds. Beaches, Grocery Stores, Liquor Stores, Restaurants and Deadman's Cay Airport a short drive away. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and property Other things to note If you would like to enjoy the island breeze, wooden sticks are provided to hold up the push-up windows if Air Conditioning is not in use. A/C Provided in Master Bedroom, Living Room and Kitchen Area You can open the second bedroom door to allow the A/C to flow through the other bedroom. Ceiling Fans in all bedrooms and a stand up fan is also available in the home. Road to home is unpaved - SUV Rental recommended
