The Beach Cabin - 2 minutes walk to beach

A delightful and rare find, this original wooden cabin is within a popular secure estate 100m walk from the beach! The simple life awaits! Sleeps three happily. Two additional floor mattresses are in the loft (accessed by ladder) An inverter ensures your lights and internet won't go out loadshedding, new kitchen, new bathroom , quality bedding, superb mattress, toys, trampoline and swings, it's all about priorities, and here the priority is beach living and restful nights. Small is beautiful! The space North facing - sunny and bright! All accommodation is upstairs, this house is on stilts. Our cabin is popular with young families as we have swings, a trampoline, and a simple playground in your garden below. There is a swimming pool in the estate. An inverter ensures your lights and wifi remain on, even if there is loadshedding . Beds: It has a double room with a good quality queen mattress, plus a small single bedroom as well as a mezzanine loft, with ladder access to two floor beds. Sleeps 5 in total. Will suit two adults, the other beds will be just fine for kids but not for your mother in law ;) We have a camp cot with cot linen for little ones. We also have a highchair. The brand new kitchen has stone countertops, new gas stove , new oven, microwave, kettle and a large fridge and freezer are provided, as is all linen (quality), bath and pool/beach towels. The pretty bathroom has a bath, toilet and basin. It overlooks an ancient Milkwood forest. There is a hot outside shower, newly installed, perfect for rinsing off after the beach. There is a new washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry unit below the cabin. Limited Cellphone reception depending on your network. The most special thing about our cabin is that is has direct walking access to the beach - not often found in our area. This means you can enjoy your morning coffee watching the waves, and enjoy that last sunset swim at 7pm just before dark (in summer :) dolphins are a common sighting. Guest access The Beach Cabin is a freestanding building on a 900m plot. It's all yours:) The rest of the plot has large Milkwood trees, indigenous to the area. Access to Milkwood Glen is through security gates, and you will receive a gate remote. The Beach can be accessed through two places within the Estate. No dogs are allowed on the beach due to nesting birds. There is a communal pool, and horses over the road. Bring bicycles to enjoy the cycle path, popular with runners and kids. Other things to note We are situated within a private nature reserve. As such we are strictly no dogs. The estate has controlled access, and security guards at night. We have no safety concerns.
