This country Home is a relaxing retreat on the San Saba River situated on 33 acres in the Texas Hill Country! Perfect for a family to sleep, eat, play and relax. This home can sleep comfortably 18 people (sleeping porch is heated/cooled). There is a private swimming pool (5ft deep), with a large deck and a BBQ grill, fire pit and the fishing is with in walking distance to the river. For the wine connoisseurs, Wines of Dotson-Cervantes Vineyard and Tasting Room is 2 miles up the road off 1851. The space Use of entire house. This home is an open concept with 10ft ceilings in the main room. There are 3 bedrooms with one having a Queen and a bunk bed (sleeps 4 total) and a second with a bunk bed and a twin. There is a loft that sleeps 3 using 2 twins and a futon. The heated/cooled sleeping porch can sleep 10 utilizing 3 bunks and 4 twins. There are 2 bathrooms, one designated for men and one for women. Guest access You have use of the washer, dryer, private swimming pool. Other things to note Fishing down on the river is acceptable.
