IVA Lodge Entire Property - Perez, Quezon, Alabat

IVA Lodge is a small modern lodge with small town charm located in Perez, Quezon Province Island of Alabat. This is not beachfront but it is near the beach about 7-8 mins walk. There are many beach resorts in the area which are open for day or night trips. They usually charge $1-3.00 per person to get in but there is a long shoreline which is free. Rate listed is for maximum of up to 16 adults and 3 kids or 19-20 person. seven years old and below are free. The space This is for the whole house or property and for up to 25 guests. It has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 lofts and 3 large living areas. The top or 3rd floor has a large open air living area and loft. It has a large functional kitchen on the ground floor. The pool may or might not be serviceable during your visit (please ask if this would make such a difference to you) The listed rate is for up to 15 adults and 3 kids seven years old and below free. Guest access 4 airconditioned bedrooms with 2 lofts. 4 large roomy living rooms, kitchen, front yard and deck. 6 fully functional bathrooms (3 has instant hot shower, 3 are regular no hot shower) Other things to note Cooking-wares, refrigerator, kitchenwares are included and there is also a videokie machine but it needs to be off by 9 PM.
