The best thing about my place is the location. Walking distance to UCSF, Golden Gate Park, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance. There is a Andronico grocery store across the street. The house is recently renovated with 4 master suites like a hotel setting , (each room has its own ba. ) and a shared modern kitchen, It is perfect if you're traveling and need an centrally located place. It is conveniently for public transportation. The space The room is furnished with a full size bed, closet, table, and chair. There are keyless locks on the rooms with a brand new private bathroom inside your room. The reservation cost covers the initial cleaning of the room, supply of bedding and toilet paper. You can request an additional cleaning (change of bedding) for an additional cleaning fee but I'd recommend just doing it yourself. Parking: at premises garage we only have one paid parking space $200.00 per month, first come first serve you can in cash when you get here but parking in my area is not too difficult, x street is no time limit, many others have 1-2 hours limit n also watch the parking sign for street cleaning.... Guest access There is a shared kitchen area with a small eating area, please keep this common area clean , be respectful to other users. Acess time from 9:00am-9:00pm During your stay I'm a pretty hands off host but feel free to message me if you have any issues. I was born and raised in San Francisco so if you have any questions about the area, food, or places to see I can try to offer reccomendations. Other things to note The cleaning fee covers the **initial cleaning** of the room only (clean sheets, bathroom, and room). The walls are not soundproof, so please be considerate of others sharing the space. **Parking:** One car parking spot is depends on availabilities in the garage fee will apply. In general, parking in San Francisco can be quite challenging and really depends on the neighborhood. It’s important to pay close attention to street signs, as rules can vary—even from one side of the street to the other. You can also check Google for detailed parking regulations in specific areas. In our neighborhood, since we’re close to a supermarket, there is quite a bit of one-hour parking nearby. However, on our street and surrounding blocks, there is no time limit, so you can usually find parking with some patience. **Laundry:** There is brand-new laundry on-site in the garage. To access it, use the front door left-side entrance and enter key code 1 2 5 9 . The machine is set and ready to use, so please don't change the settings. The cost is $7.00 per wash, with detergent and softener provided. This operates on the honor system, so kindly leave payment in the red box. Thank you!"
