Guest access Guests have access to the whole property Other things to note Welcome to Dara House & Events!! In our home, you will find comfort, relaxation, and fun for your trip and celebrations. Thank you for choosing us. Below are some important guidelines: General Rules • Please take care of everything with love and respect. • Follow the property and condominium rules. • In case of breakage or stains on any object, please notify us in advance. • The property is not responsible for items left in vehicles or anywhere inside the house. • Always keep doors and windows locked. You are fully responsible for any missing equipment or belongings. • Turn off lights when leaving a room and when leaving the house – it’s an environmentally conscious act. • Avoid leaving taps and showers running unnecessarily. The semi-suites’ showers and the bathtubs use solar heating and depend on sunlight. Conserving water ensures hot water is available for all. • Voltage: 110V and 220V. Please check socket identification before use. • Do not take any glass items to the pool area. • Do not enter indoor areas while wet. Check-out Policy & Cleaning • At check-out, please leave the house reasonably clean and organized. The property is delivered fully cleaned and sanitized. • If necessary, cleaning materials are available in the service area. • According to the property’s policy, the house must also be returned clean or a cleaning fee of R$300.00 will be charged. • Trash bins are available in the kitchen, bathrooms, and a large one in the gourmet area. Trash bags are available in a drawer in the gourmet kitchen. • Please do not flush toilet paper or dispose of coffee grounds in the sink, as the property uses a biodigester. Facilities & Equipment • Do not leave the pool motor running for more than 2 consecutive hours (risk of damage). • Always lock all doors and windows before leaving. • Be careful with the gas used for the external stove and sauna – never leave it open. • Do not use the house’s towels in the pool area. • If using the iron or fans, do not leave them on when leaving – fire hazard. • Only turn on the jacuzzi motor after all jets are covered with water. Do not keep it running for more than 1 hour, and never leave it on unattended (risk of fire and motor damage). • The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, which will be checked upon departure. Missing items will be charged. Guests & Events • The house comfortably accommodates 12 guests. If more than 12 people are hosted, an additional fee of R$100.00 per person/day applies. Extra mattresses are available upon request. • As the house is located away from other residences, parties are allowed. However, please avoid loud noise after 10 p.m. Fines due to complaints will be charged to guests. • The host is responsible for their guests’ behavior and actions. Safety • The property has alarm systems, electric fencing, motion sensors, security cameras, and 24h monitoring. Even so, please always lock up when leaving. • We have a kennel beside the house with our Rottweiler and Fox Paulistinha. Please do not open the gate or bring pets. They have running water and weekly food. If cleaning is needed, contact us immediately. Additional Notes • Sometimes there are food items in the fridge or cupboards. You may use them, provided you leave either a replacement or the equivalent value. • Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. | Check-out: until 12:00 p.m. (flexible depending on availability). • Please respect your designated parking spot.
