The apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building, keeping cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It features a fully equipped kitchenette, a comfy double bed, a clean modern bathroom, and fast Wi-Fi. You’ll be just minutes away from the Metro and the Danube promenade. The neighborhood is full of authentic cafés, restaurants, and local shops – ideal for soaking up the city’s vibe. This space was designed and built with love by the owner, who personally contributed to every detail. From the sliding bathroom door crafted from an original solid wood door, to the industrial-style heated concrete floors and custom concrete wall panels in the kitchen and bathroom – everything reflects care, creativity, and a passion for design. We’d love to welcome you and make your stay comfortable and memorable! Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves during their stay. No other residents or guests will share the space – your privacy and comfort are fully guaranteed. Other things to note Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM, as required by the house rules. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building, including in the apartment and common areas. The bathroom has a bathtub and is located in a uniquely shaped space where the ceiling height lowers significantly after about 2 meters. Due to this, standing showers may be uncomfortable for tall guests. There is no shower curtain, so water can splash onto the floor. We recommend sitting in the tub and pointing the shower spray toward the wall for a more comfortable experience. Pets are welcome! However, a €100 cleaning fee applies to cover professional disinfection, odor removal, and fur cleaning. Parties or events are strictly not allowed, in consideration of our neighbors and building community. Please note: the apartment's entrance is located right next to the elevator, which is a more active area. You may occasionally hear neighbors waiting or chatting nearby. The bathroom fan has a delayed shut-off. We recommend tilting the window after showering to help the apartment ventilate and reduce humidity. As this is a historic building in the heart of the city, occasional sounds from neighbors (music, voices, footsteps) may be heard. This is considered normal urban living.
