One of the best locations in Huntington Beach. We supply beach towels, chairs, cooler, (6) boogie boards, umbrella, sand toys and a convenient beach cart to take it all to the beach for you to enjoy. We also provide 7 bicycles & 3 bike locks. Everything for a day at the beach is included at our home. Sit, relax and enjoy our outdoor fire pit while roasting s'mores or enjoying a beverage. On the top level is our game room "4th bedroom," with a view balcony. Sofa sleeper available upon request. We have board games, foosball table and checkers/chess card table set up for you to enjoy. The garage can accommodate 2 smaller cars or one large car. You can also park parallel to the garage as long as you don't obstruct the alley way. Street parking is available too. Inside Features: We have a Smart TV--access to You Tube TV, Spectrum, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon and much more. Central Heat, No Air Conditioning--the Pacific Ocean is our AC. Ceiling Fans, Fireplaces, Internet, and phone charging stations --wireless, USB, and standard plugs. For security purposes, we have a Ring Doorbell and a camera outside above our garage facing the alley way.
