Window A/C unit when needed and portable radiator when needed. -WiFi, flat screen TV, and mini refrigerator/freezer. Extra lighting and electrical outlet with extension cord provided. Room includes a closet with storage space with an iron and ironing board. Guest access A guest will have access to the entire house. Large driveway and large backyard.
