New build property set in quiet rural surroundings approximately 20kms from Lao Cai City and 60kms from Sa Pa, Fansipan mountain. Getting to the city and the tourist hot spot Sa Pa is easy and takes between 30 mins and 1 hour either by bus, taxi and motorbike or a mixture of all 3. Good views of the mountains to the east and west. The space The bedroom is of good size with a new double bed (1.6m x 2.0m) and mattress, wardrobe and an en-suite shower/toilet. Very spacious kitchen/dining area, guests can either assist with cooking local dishes or prepare own food. Our son Jack is 15 months old so young children are welcome, we have a cot if required. We grow our own vegetables, tomatoes, salad etc. We also have 3 dogs that live outside the house. Guest access Guest(s) can make use of the sitting/living room, kitchen facilities/dining area, garage and outdoor gas BBQ. During your stay Both my wife (Lieu) and/or I will be on hand for guidance on a daily basis if required. Other things to note As its a rural location the 3G and wifi network isn't overly brilliant. Mobile reception inside the property can be frustrating but is okay when outside. The wifi does work but it is intermittent.
